The hotel's location close to Tokyo Central Train Station and the underground shopping malls is very convenient. Ginza shopping district and the subway station are also within easy reach. The staff was friendly and the room was clean and well-appointed. The bathroom had great water pressure and the complimentary toiletries were a plus.
The hotel had limited space to store luggage for guests with extended stays.

The location was perfect, just a short walk from Tokyo Station. The room was clean and well-equipped. Even though the WiFi was a bit slow at times, it was reliable overall. I appreciated the coin-operated laundry machines on-site. Overall I'd recommend this hotel.

The hotel offers a comfortable stay with a great location. It is just a short walk from the Kyobashi metro station and a convenient distance from Tokyo station. The rooms are typically Japanese but well-equipped with a cozy bed, good shower, and free tea & coffee. The staff is friendly and fluent in English, making communication easy. The reception area has comfortable armchairs and complimentary drinks. it is a good value for money option in this part of Tokyo.

The hotel had a convenient location, with easy access to transportation options and nearby shops and restaurants. It was also clean and well-maintained, with a helpful and polite staff.
The room was quite small and lacked storage space, and the bed and pillows were not very comfortable. The breakfast area was also small and the amenities in the room were limited.

We loved staying here. Very near the central station, which was helpful for our travels. The service housekeeping was great and our room had everything we needed: ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, trouser press, towels and free toiletries. The dining restaurant was a nice touch, and the staff were welcoming and helpful.
