Mitsui Garden Hotel Kyobashi Tokyo

The hotel's location close to Tokyo Central Train Station and the underground shopping malls is very convenient. Ginza shopping district and the subway station are also within easy reach. The staff was friendly and the room was clean and well-appointed. The bathroom had great water pressure and the complimentary toiletries were a plus.

The hotel had limited space to store luggage for guests with extended stays.

My stay at this hotel was great! The location was perfect, just a short walk from Tokyo Station. The room was clean and well-equipped. Even though the WiFi was a bit slow at times, it was reliable overall. I appreciated the coin-operated laundry machines on-site. Overall I'd recommend this hotel.

The room was quite small and lacked storage space, and the bed and pillows were not very comfortable. the view from the window was blocked and there was ongoing construction in the area.

We loved staying here. Very near the central station, which was helpful for our travels. The service housekeeping was great and our room had everything we needed: ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, trouser press, towels and free toiletries. The dining restaurant was a nice touch, and the staff were welcoming and helpful.
